Warranty
Your Travel Easy Decks have a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase for any manufacture defects. If you feel that your Travel Easy Decks have become damaged due to a defect please contact us at 402-650-9550 to discuss the specifics of the damages. It will also be helpful if you could send a photo of the defective Travel Easy Deck to Larry@traveleasydecksmidwest.com.
Refunds
If for any reason you do not love your Travel Easy Decks you can return them no questions asked for the first 30 days after receiving your order. You will be responsible for any shipping charges and product must be in like new condition and in resalable condition. We would prefer you ship them in the original boxes but understand that this may not always be possible. We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please contact us at 402-650-9550 to discuss your return.
Shipping Damages
Please do not accept any packages that appear to be damaged. If you do receive a package that is damaged, photograph the package before opening. Open package and inspect product. If the product is damaged, contact the shipping company and file a claim. Once you have done this please contact us at 402-650-9550 so we can assist in getting the issue resolved.
